Our returns promise

We offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging. Some items are non-returnable – please check the product page for details.

If you bought an item from a third-party seller on our platform, the return policy may differ. Please consult the seller’s terms when available.

How to return an item

  1. Visit Orders in your account and select the item to return.
  2. Choose your reason for return and generate a return label or request collection.
  3. Pack the item securely using the original packaging where possible and attach the return label.
  4. Drop the parcel at the designated carrier point or wait for your scheduled collection.

We recommend using tracked shipping to keep your return secure. For high-value items, please follow any additional instructions provided on the returns portal.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods. This inspection ensures items are unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this in your return request; exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact Customer Service immediately atcloth@covclothes.store. We will arrange collection and a replacement or refund as appropriate.
